I am a very experienced triathlete and have been a Certified Ironman Coach since 2017 with a proven track record.
I have completed 5 full Ironman races and over thirty 70.3/middle-distance races. I qualified for the middle-distance World Champs in 2017, 2022, 2023 and 2024, was the 2023 Welsh Middle Distance Champion for my age group and was previously the Welsh age group champion for the Olympic distance triathlon and 10-mile cycling time trial.
In my coaching, I draw on my own experiences - from being on the start line in my very first triathlon in the 1990s' to my recent World Championship races.
I believe in an athlete-centred approach. I offer plans to a limited number of athletes and give specific coaching for their individual needs.
I like to encourage and develop both new and experienced athletes and push them to achieve their full potential, be it racing to a Personal Best or gaining a slot for Kona!
In 2024 we had Welsh AG Champions and athletes racing at numerous European and World Championship races across the Globe.

“If you set a goal for yourself and are able to achieve it, you have won your race. Your goal can be to come in first, to improve your performance or just finish the race, it’s up to you.”
