My Philosophy....

I am a very experienced triathlete and have been competing consistently since the 1990s. I have been a Certified Ironman Coach since 2017 and have a proven track record.
I have completed 5 full Ironman races and over thirty 70.3/Middle-Distance races, qualifying for the middle-distance World Champs in 2017, 2022, 2023 and 2024. I was the 2023 Welsh Middle Distance AG Champion, and been the Welsh Olympic-Distance AG champion and Welsh 10-mile cycling TT champion.
In my coaching, I draw on my own experiences - from being on the start line in my very first triathlon to my recent World Championship races at Utah, Samorin and New Zealand.
I like to encourage and develop both new and experienced athletes and push them to achieve their full potential, be it racing to a Personal Best or gaining a slot for Kona!
In the past two year we had Welsh AG Champions, athletes racing at numerous European and World Championship races across the Globe plus Welsh and British Age grou Champions.
